Through our JobsNow.org brand, INCIGHT bridges the gap between talented jobseekers and disability-aware employers. Every service is free for jobseekers, and events are open to people of all abilities and experience levels.
JobsNow.org Job Fairs
In-person fairs across the Portland metro roughly every other month, each connecting jobseekers with 20+ employers drawn from a network of more than 100 partners. In 2025 alone: six fairs serving 1,360+ jobseekers.
Get Ahead Workshops
Free one-hour virtual workshops between fairs — resumes, interviews, networking, applicant-tracking systems and AI-era job searching. Stand-alone sessions, so you can jump in at any time.
Career Coaching
One-on-one resume reviews, mock interviews and application guidance — over 60 jobseekers coached individually in 2025.
