Each INCIGHT Hall of Fame member is a social change agent for UNLOCKING THE POTENTIAL OF PEOPLE

1. They are in continual pursuit of unlocking their potential

2. Have overcome, or are overcoming, barriers in their life

3. Do not negatively core-identify with their barriers

4. Have an empowerment perspective about life, relationships, and opportunity

5. Each inductee has had connection to INCIGHT, either as a client or scholarship recipient
