Every INCIGHT Hall of Fame member is a social change agent for unlocking the potential of people. Induction is not a lifetime-achievement award — it recognises how someone carries themselves against obstacle.

They are in continual pursuit of unlocking their potential

Have overcome, or are overcoming, barriers in their life

Do not negatively core-identify with their barriers

Have an empowerment perspective about life, relationships and opportunity

Each inductee has had a connection to INCIGHT, either as a client or a scholarship recipient
