Activate a Better Workplace

In today’s times, many employers are interested in being inclusive and hiring people from different walks of life. An important fact to be aware of is that different people face different challenges on the journey to contribute to society. These challenges could come from their personalities, or they could come from a physical or mental disability. Many places of employment have difficulties accommodating employees in these latter groups.

The Activate initiative aims to teach employees and managers to address blatant

and underlying -isms in order to better accommodate people with disabilities and

other groups, who often have barriers in the way of success in the workplace.
