• Is there an age limit for the scholarship?

• There is no age limit to the scholarship. While most of our scholars are in the 18-23 year old range, the scholarship is available to anyone.

• What are the requirements for the scholarship?

• Documented disability: can be physical, learning, cognitive, etc.

  Full time attendance at trade school, college or university

  Completion of entire application

• Does Incight offer services outside of Portland, Oregon?

• Yes. Our scholarship is available nation wide and can be downloaded when available on our scholarship page.

• How much is the scholarship worth?

• The Incight Scholarship is worth $500 and is renewable for four years.

• Can Incight help place me into an Internship?

• Our greatest foothold is in the Portland area; therefore most of our internship opportunities are local. Through Incight Employment, any person with a disability will have access to a list of opportunities at companies, organizations, and institutions that are looking for volunteers, interns and employees. Further, Incight Employment will give students resources for improving their chances of getting an internship, volunteering, or finding employment; resources like resume building, interview assistance, and the chance to speak with someone at Incight Employment who can offer advice and guidance.
